The Night That Failed To Be Your Future
You had so much hope. You worked tirelessly, desperate to see the light, desperate for the day when your dream would blossom into reality. It was your moment, or so you thought. Full of smiles and energy, you gave your very best, or so you thought. But it failed you.
Tears and sorrow echoed as innocence faded. Dreams shattered, whispers of failure lingered. Gone was the laughter, gone were the many nights of enthusiastic work, even when you had nothing to eat. The night stretched long, and everything turned colorless. Your strength was gone.
What to do? Where to go? Giving up seemed easier than enduring and moving on. So you turned your back, looking another way. But still, alone in your room, you were confronted by your shadows, your nightmares. The call was there, a whisper in your heart, urging you not to turn away.
Fight your demons and persevere, or let them devour you. Without realizing it, you found yourself alone, looking back, ashamed of the night that failed to be your future. Desperate for the passion that died that night, you longed to find the part of you still stuck in that time, still on that stage, silently waiting in darkness.
Yes, I failed to be your future, but your future was never meant to be me. Time didn't stop with me; it didn't stop when I died or when you left me on that stage. I was just a part of your future, your past future.
You reconcile with the part of you that you had caged, becoming whole again, finding what was lost. You cry, you shout, louder and louder. It is a voice that resonates more than you thought possible. It is the voice of darkness, the voice of despair, and the voice of light. Darkness forged you, made you see the you that you didn't know existed.
Darkness made you grow, and in darkness, you were prepared for the day when light would shine all over you. Your voice reaches out to people, connecting hearts to its vibrations. It is the voice of despair; it is the voice of light. The night that failed to be your future was never your future. It was your past, preparing you for your future.
Sometimes in life, you need to be broken to truly see the light. Sometimes the present you must die for your future self to be born. Ultimately, they are all you. One must grow and, at some point, die, forging the path for a better you to come into existence. The better you can only be born if you accept to let go of the old, confront your shadows, and walk in darkness with nothing but hope, with nothing but the whisper burning in your heart. Let darkness polish you, making you ready for the day that will truly be your future, for the night will never be your future.
Bloom In Your Season
Fall came and went; leaves fell to the ground and like them, you may have withered.
The wind blew, and winter knocked on your door. Snow fell and the outside was freezing. Similarly, you were no more than a cold body on the floor.
Time in frost was suspended and your breath was chilling. You may have thought death was near.
Then spring came. It was rebirth on the outside and you were revived. You may have smiled like the gentle breeze outside. Now spring has gone, making way for summer.
Summer is here. The sun wields its mantel high in the sky. The seasons of death and frozen time may have been long, but the seasons of life haven't forgotten their way to you.
The wind is singing and trees are dancing; your breath has become light again. Flowers are blooming everywhere.
May you beautifully bloom like those flowers.
Life is all about seasons. Seasons are nothing but a cycle. Always joyfully wait for your season to spread your own fragrance and branches.
Now Is The Time To Act
Time flies and waits for no one. Now is the time to act. Make the most of what you have right now. Don't wait for tomorrow to do what you can today, For tomorrow is not yours. Only the present, only this moment, is yours to live in. Do things now and leave no regrets.
Strong People
Behind the facade of someone who always tells others how strong they are, you may find a broken person or someone with many unhealed heartbreaks. Or perhaps someone who has yet to taste the bitterness or harshness of life.
Don't tell someone, who is facing difficulties that he is strong. The moment you say it, you might stop him from sharing his story. That person might desperately need someone to lend him a shoulder. So, if you're not ready to listen to his struggles, don't wrap up the conversation by saying he is strong, adding disappointment to his suffering heart.
You, who enjoys telling others how strong you are, will only know your true strength when you face the ruthlessness of life. When you look around and find no solution, when everything seems to work against you, trying to break you and make you surrender, that's when you'll learn humility. You'll realize you are just a mere grain in the sand.
Strong people don't go around telling others how strong they are. Why? Because they have learned through hardship to acknowledge their weaknesses and battle their way through storms. They will share their story instead of proclaiming their strength. Hearing their story and seeing how far they've come, you'll be the one to acknowledge their strong will and say, "You are so strong." Their story will lead you to ask yourself: What would I have done in their place? Would I have been able to survive? These questions will make you unconsciously humble yourself before that person.
Life, Similar To A Business Plan
Always remember these words, and whenever your arms are about to give up, whenever your feet refuse to carry you, read these lines:
Life is like a business plan. You think of a goal, a target you want to reach, a desire you want to see realized. You fix your eyes on it, and it becomes your challenge, the shore to reach.
You detail more precisely how your project should unfold, breaking it down into smaller projects that you must achieve, and together they will form the grand project.
You surround yourself with those who will help you achieve the set goal. Together you journey, and you reject those who could potentially be a nuisance to you.
You get up and work hard to acquire the necessary funds. Some will believe in you, and others will not. Some will lend you a hand, and others will not. Some will encourage you, and others will not. But in all things, you will believe in yourself and always take a step forward.
You will go through disappointment, obstacles, loneliness, overwork, fatigue, deceit, and more, but you will hold on, always looking forward to the path ahead and the one already traveled.
Too much sleep, too much rest, and ruin will surprise you like a hurricane. Work, work, work, and reach the summit. Do not look at your failures to sink into misery, but contemplate them to correct what was wrong, to never forget what was.
When dawn breaks, at the song of the birds, let your eyelids open and your body leave the bed for its daily routine.
You are strong, you are brave, you are wise, and nothing will take away your treasure or remove the seed planted in your heart.
Life is beautiful, The sun shines, So go, And seize what is yours, Never forgetting your creator, to place yourself in his hands, And obtain his grace and favor.
May the lord Jesus Christ bless you!
The Book Of Your Life, Your Masterpiece To Write
Birth is like the beginning of a book that you will write. This book will contain your story, the story of your life, and each page you turn will represent an event or a stage of your life. It is a masterpiece, your masterpiece, the story of your life. Once it is completed, when you reread these pages yellowed by time, what conclusion will you draw? Will you find satisfaction or bitterness? That is the question.
Also, know that youth is for building and old age is for enjoying. Do not waste your vigor and do not lose your energy on trivialities when you still have the strength to follow the direction your heart desires. For the days will come when you will lie down and someone else will lead you.
But work tirelessly and let the seed germinate. Do not let your arm rest until it has borne fruit. Apply your heart to setting your ways and sow as much as you can. For you do not know which seed will bear fruit tomorrow.
Apply your heart to seeking wisdom and avoid bad company, lest they corrupt you and lead you away from the chosen and right path. You will look back without shame. Your heart will be joyful, and your children will call you blessed.
Do not listen to gossip and keep your feet away from the paths of mockers and thieves. Let no deceit be found in your home or in your heart. And always remember to share and extend a helping hand to the poor, the widow, and the orphan, when the time to rejoice comes.
It is the Lord who blesses, and His blessing brings no sorrow. In all times, in all seasons, whether spring, summer, autumn, or even winter, do not forget your Creator, your God. Walk in His ways and place yourself in His hands. For He is your future and your assurance, your faithful companion.
You will have a happy retirement and leave with white hair and a smile on your lips. May the Lord make wisdom abound in your heart and guide you in all your ways.
May your book, the masterpiece of your life, be your testament and legacy that will touch the hearts of others and inspire them. May these yellowed pages be a legacy for all who take the time to glance at them and become a bestseller.
Lift Your Head And Look Around
When it seems like nothing is going right, when you feel like you're making no progress or even moving backward, when it feels like the sky has fallen on your head and the light no longer smiles upon you, then:
"Lift your head and look around. You will realize that while you are complaining and dying in your worry, the earth keeps turning. You will see that in places where misery has taken residence, people, many of them children, get up every day and roam the streets in search of a piece of bread to calm their often already troubled stomachs."
You will see:
"For them, there is nothing to give them hope for a better future, nothing to lean on, no shoulder to rest their head on, mistreated and abandoned, dying for lack of care or bread. And yet, despite not knowing what the next day holds, despite not knowing if tomorrow they will even be able to stand, find something to survive, they rise with strength and a desire to succeed, going out to find work, even if sometimes in less than honorable conditions. They hold on to hope for better days, a future. Even if it seems illusory to others, for them it is a treasure they cherish firmly, their strength, their motivation."
In these places where life fades and living conditions are far from ideal, there is hope and strength, dreams.
And you would bend your knees because of diplomas? A spouse? Bread or clothing? Money or because things are not going as you wish? Failures perhaps, and who knows what else?
You will see that indeed the sky is still above your head and the light still warms you with its rays. You will see that life is too beautiful, even with its challenges. You will find your strength and motivation.
If you cry and lament, remember that there are those who have no reason to get up every morning, yet they do so again and again. Do not let troubles engulf you and make you forget what is essential. Smile, for life is short, and place yourself in the hands of your God, who is faithful to fulfill His promises.
Worries have never, unfortunately, advanced the world.
May Jesus Christ bless you!
Life, Similar To A Marathon
Did you one day had the opportunity to observe a marathon organized by the city where you were staying. Some roads are blocked to allow participants to run. Anyone who wants to could participate after registering. Here are some observations and a lesson to remember for life:
- The route for the marathon is very long; participants must run through various parts of the city for several days. This route is similar to life itself. Life is long, and the path to the finish line is long.
- On the track, not everyone runs at the same level. Some are ahead, and others are behind. In life, you won't necessarily be at the same level as others. Some will be ahead of you, and others behind you.
- On the track, there are novices, non-athletes, and seasoned athletes. In life, others will be better equipped than you to face difficulties. It's up to you to work as hard as they do to obtain the same tools, if not more. Otherwise, don't dream of being at the same level as them.
- It is a marathon, so everyone is supposed to run. But some run, others are jogging, some walk, and others give up because they can't go on. In life, everyone goes at their own pace, and not everyone will make it to the end due to a lack of perseverance and endurance. Are you one of those determined to fight until the end? Are you one of those determined to reach the end of the road? Or do you prefer to give up? Because, whether running or walking, as long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other, you will eventually get there.
- Some spectators on the sidewalk start running with some participants for a while to encourage them to continue. There will be people who enter your life for a short time but with a specific purpose: to accompany you actively on your path to the best of their ability and to push you forward. Not all encounters are meant to be eternal. Some are brief but remain a great blessing.
- Some spectators are cheering, others shout motivational words aiming to encourage those who are about to give up, and others just watch in silence, while some just take videos. In life, there will be people who encourage you with words, others will do so in silence, some won't care about you, while for some, your life will be a good source of distraction. Not everyone in life will hold your hand. Be prepared for that. Not everyone will encourage you. Some won't care whether you succeed or fail. Some will wait for you to fall to make a spectacle of you in public, using your fall to kill their boredom. Others will watch you in silence but with interest and praying for you. Be ready for all these possibilities.
- There are refreshment points at different sections of the marathon, tables with several glasses of water. Each participant can take one as needed. In life, there will always be at least one person to offer you a glass of water, a plate of food, and so on. These little things that many neglect, yet it's this simple glass or plate that will give you the strength to move forward. No one reaches the end of the road alone. There is always someone who contributes in one way or another. So always be grateful, even for the smallest things. A glass of water allowed you to take one more step. This means that without this glass, you would have fallen and couldn't have continued your journey.
- There are medical assistance for the marathon for those who feel unwell. Know your own abilities and condition before going into battle. Don't act blindly or foolishly, and don't try to push yourself when your body clearly says stop. Why would you put your life and health at risk? A living dog is better than a dead lion.
- Among the participants, you can observe different types of people. Some take the marathon seriously and want to do their best to reach the end, others just participate for fun and can be seen chatting and laughing while walking or running slowly, some take the marathon as a personal challenge, and others just want to test their ability and push their limits. But they all have one thing in common: they had the courage to participate in the marathon, even knowing clearly that they can't win or will not last long on the track. Show courage in life. And know that the goals to be achieved are set by you alone. No need to copy others. What matters is to achieve your own goals. You must have at least one goal at each season of your life and do everything possible to achieve it.
- Those who are behind sometimes caught up with those who are ahead and sometimes overtake them. Be careful in life and be humble, because the last can become the first tomorrow. And those who are ahead today won't necessarily stay there. Don't look down on those behind you, but just keep going straight. And if you are behind, don't despair, but work harder.
- A marathon requires perseverance and endurance, not to mention a strong mentality. You will need these attributes, among others in life if you want to reach the end of the road.
