2. Consult with Our Artists: Once we've received your request, we'll discuss your project with the artist you've chosen or with our artists (if you haven't chosen one) to see who's willing to take on the project. If the artist you have chosen is not interested in your project, we will suggest another, but only if there is an interested artist. If no artist is interested, we will not be able to proceed with your order. In any case, we will notify you accordingly.

3. Project discussion: If the artist you've chosen or one of our artists is willing to accept your request, we'll let you know and schedule a meeting with you. At this meeting, we'll talk in more detail about your project, what you've imagined, what you'd like, your preferences, your style, and so on. We'll make suggestions, if necessary, if you're not sure yourself exactly what you want your artwork to look like. We'll send you the protocol of the meeting a few days later, including the offer. Once you've confirmed with the protocol that your request has been understood and you've validated the offer, the artist gets to work.

4. Create Your Art: Our artist will create the artwork according to your specifications and keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Approve and Receive: After you’ve approved the final piece and paid the price, we will deliver your custom artwork directly to your door.
